looking for input on '09 Scott Team CX

I'm just getting into CX (triathlete for past 4 seasons). I now want a real CX bike. Any experience of thoughts on a '09 Scott Team CX? I can get one for $1500 but I don't know much about the quality / ride.... I'll be using it for some (novice) CX racing and as a triathlon trainer on group rides with my road-bike friends.
